About The Position
Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Southmont Nursing Home in Washington, PA has a per diem (PRN) opportunity available. This PRN role requires candidates have weekday availability
Requirements
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
- Hold a valid state license.
- Ability to work weekdays. You can be available weekends as well.
- At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience

- Nethealth experience a plus!
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans.
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
- Help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
