This position is PRN with flexible hours, primarily set in a Nursing Home, Rehabilitation Center, or Skilled Nursing Facility located at Topeka Presbyterian Manor in Topeka, KS.

  • Provide physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed physical therapist.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver the best patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of treatment programs.
  • Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
  • Enjoy working in geriatrics.
  • Experience in a nursing home or rehabilitation setting.
  • Interest in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Support, local clinical mentorship, clinical education and unlimited CEUs.
