About The Position

Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team in the Frederick, Sellersville/Harleyville/Telford PA Areas have a per diem (PRN) opportunity. We are seeking PRN candidates who can cover vacations/PTO and must have availability during the day (not late afternoons) on weekdays as well as a full day on weekends (at least 6 hours on a Saturday and/or Sunday). Please note that Symbria manages the rehab programs for several area communities therefore we are seeking a PRN to cover all our buildings as need arises. These include the following: Frederick Living - Frederick, The Community at Rockhill - Sellersville, Peter Becker - Harleysville, Lutheran Community - Telford.

Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work weekdays and weekends.
• At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience.
• Nethealth experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community.
