About The Position

Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Southmont Nursing Home in Washington, PA has a per diem (PRN) opportunity available. This PRN role requires candidates have weekday availability.

Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work weekdays; availability on weekends is a plus.
• At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience.

Nice To Haves

• Nethealth experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community.
