Requirements

• PTA degree from an accredited program.
• Valid IL license.
• Passion for improving lives.
• Rehab, acute, or long-term care experience is preferred but training will be provided for the right fit.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and execute treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence.
• Collaborate with talented Physical Therapists.
• Act as a trusted partner in a supportive senior living community.
• Be available for a part-time schedule with weekend availability.
