About The Position

Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Phoebe Richland Health Care Center (Richlandtown, PA) is seeking its next employee-owner team member. Please note that this position will be hiring for projected November 1st start date.

Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Hold a valid or pending state license.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community.
