About The Position

Requirements

• Must have current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient services delegated by the Registered Physical Therapist (PT).
• Assist in the evaluation and development of a rehabilitative plan of care under the supervision of the PT.
• Participate in the preparation of clinical and daily progress notes.
• Assume other duties as deemed appropriate by the PT and designated by the Registered Nurse Case Management and Nursing Supervisor.
