About The Position
The Physical Therapist position in Home Healthcare is a 13-week temporary contract role offering $50/hr. The role requires home health experience and knowledge of Home Care Home Base. The primary responsibility is to help individuals maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function, thereby enabling optimal performance and enhancing health, well-being, and quality of life. Physical therapy is provided under a physician-approved plan of care and is directed and supervised by a Physical Therapist. This is a PRN only position.
