About The Position
The Physical Therapist Assistant works to support the mission and vision of Neighborhood Healthcare (NHC) by supporting participants rehabilitative physical therapy (PT) treatment. This role will assist physical therapist with participant evaluations and treatment plans for program participants. In addition, this role will assist participants to remain independent and live safely in the community.
