About The Position

Physical Therapy Assistant I, Outpatient, Days/evenings Position Highlights: • Position: Physical Therapist Assistant I, Outpatient • Location: Buffalo Grove, IL • Full-Time- 40 hours per week; M-F M-F , 7 am - 7 pm • Holidays: No • Travel: No What you will do: • Provide physical therapy treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients under the general supervision of a Physical Therapist • Prepare and maintain accurate patient records

Requirements

Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the State of IL required.
Graduate of a school of Physical Therapy Assistant program with possession of an Associate Degree from an accredited college or university approved by the APTA required.
CPR certification required.
