About The Position

$3,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Physical Therapy Assistant - Home Health- Portland Schedule: M-F, Day Shift, with no weekend requirement Location: Milwaukie, Oregon City, Canby and Estacada Under the supervision of a physical therapist, provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patients special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential. Requirements

• Associate's Degree - Physical Therapy, from an accredited program.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire.
