About The Position

MUSC Health at Home by BAYADA has an immediate opening for a Part Time Physical Therapist Assistant, Home Health to provide home health visits for our MUSC Health at Home by BAYADA Office in Horry County, SC.
This position will be servicing patients throughout the following zip codes:
29566, 29568, 29582, 29572, 29578, 29577, 29579
As a home health care PTA, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Requirements

• Have current licensure or certification in the state of SC
• Have graduated from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma, or
• Have two years of appropriate experience as an Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and a satisfactory grade on a proficiency exam conducted, approved or sponsored by the U.S. Public Health Service when initial qualification occurred before December 31, 1977
• Have at least one year’s work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
