The Physical Therapy Aide plays a vital unlicensed support role within an outpatient orthopedic clinic at a hospital medical center. This position works under the direct and immediate supervision of licensed Physical Therapists (PTs), assisting with therapist-directed, routine patient-related tasks and supporting clinic operations. The primary responsibility is to provide hands-on floor support to an adult orthopedic caseload, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment conducive to high-quality patient care. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting. Performs other duties as needed.
