About The Position

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, etc.) is preferred.
• Customer service experience in service or administrative roles is required.
• Certified Personal Trainer certification is preferred.
• Associates Degree in Health Sciences or a related field is a plus.

• Background in fitness or rehabilitation settings

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed clinicians.
• Safely set up and adjust exercise equipment, instructing and monitoring exercise performance.
• Assist with prescribed home exercise programs and therapeutic modalities as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic, following sanitation protocols.
• Order and stock clinic supplies, ensuring equipment is clean and functional.
• Escalate patient concerns to clinicians and the Clinic Director for resolution.
• Greet and interact with patients warmly during check-in and throughout their appointments.
• Assist with patient intake and registration processes, including paperwork and benefit verification.
• Support clinic metrics by converting referrals into evaluations and assisting with patient rescheduling.
• Collect Patient Reported Outcome assessments.
