Physical Therapy Aide/Tech - Outpatient - Part-time
About The Position
We are seeking a growth minded Physical Therapy Aide to come join our team. Our outpatient fitness center in Valencia is 2nd to none! We took over a full, 2 story gym and turned it into a Physical Therapists dream. With 11 private rooms, top of the line equipment, 2 full functioning gyms, swimming pool, indoor basketball/racquetball/pickleball courts: This is the facility you want to work at. Our current position needs are Tues/Thurs from 10:30am - 7pm & Mon/Weds/Fri from 10:30am - 7pm. We do have a little flexibility on the days and earlier shifts are occassionally possible.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent of
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software preferred
- Current BLS Certification
Responsibilities
- Assist therapists with preparing treatment areas and equipment for patient sessions.
- Escort patients to and from treatment rooms, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Support patients during exercises and therapeutic activities under therapists' guidance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment.
- Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to a smooth clinic workflow.
