About The Position

The Rehabilitation Aide plays a vital role in PT Now's mission to deliver high-quality, accessible rehabilitation services that transform lives by supporting therapists in patient care, preparing treatment areas, and ensuring clinic operations run smoothly. This role reflects Service Before Self by assisting patients and clinicians with efficiency, professionalism, and care. The mission of this role is to: Support the clinical team in delivering an exceptional patient experience. Ensure treatment areas are prepared, clean, and stocked to maintain efficiency and safety. Assist with patient exercises and movement under direct supervision, in alignment with PT Now's Core Values .

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to treatment areas and assist with setup.
• Supervise and guide patients through exercises as directed by PT or PTA.
• Provide encouragement and ensure patient safety during activities.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and treatment tables after each use.
• Restock linens, supplies, and treatment tools daily.
• Maintain organized treatment and storage areas.
• Assist with scheduling follow-ups when needed.
• Retrieve and return equipment during sessions.
• Support front desk and administrative tasks as directed.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Ensure treatment areas meet safety standards at all times.
