About The Position
Kimball County Manor, a premier short-term rehab nursing facility in Scotts Bluff County, is seeking a Part-Time PT Aide/Tech. This role involves supporting the therapy team in delivering exceptional care to residents. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people, have a heart for the geriatric population, and be organized and proactive.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using computers for basic documentation
- A genuine passion for working with the geriatric population
Nice To Haves
- Previous PT/OT aide experience
Responsibilities
- Assist the therapy team with daily operations in the rehab gym
- Transport residents to and from therapy sessions
- Help with basic patient care activities such as mobility and range of motion (as directed)
- Maintain a clean, organized therapy environment
- Order and track equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, etc.)
- Support data entry and administrative tasks as directed by the Director of Rehab
