Requirements

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• BLS Certification (preferred)
• Exercise Physiology experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist clinic professionals and staff in daily operations.
• Ensure treatment areas are clean, safe, and prepared for patients.
• Help patients schedule future appointments in the clinic.
• Maintain professional and functional work environment by keeping equipment and work areas clean and orderly.
• Check department equipment prior to use to ensure safety and proper working order.
• Monitor equipment regularly and maintain accurate records.
• Initiate, track, and trend work orders for malfunctioning equipment.
• Anticipate needs and prepare to assist with patient care.
• Ensure patient and staff safety during daily activities.
• Participate in practice changes resulting from performance improvement activities.
• Support quality standards and initiatives set by the department.
• Carry out assigned activities and duties promptly and correctly.
• Adjust and adapt to changes in workload as needed.
• Assist with incoming telephone calls and visitors to ensure proper routing.
• Monitor patient wait and registration times to meet department standards.
