About The Position
The Rehabilitation Aide position at Athletico is designed to empower individuals by providing exceptional rehabilitative services. The role is integral to the patient experience, as the aide will assist the Patient Experience Coordinator and clinicians in both administrative and clinical duties. This includes greeting patients upon their arrival, preparing them for physical therapy treatments, and assisting physical therapists and physical therapist assistants during treatment sessions. The aide will perform various tasks in compliance with state practice act requirements, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care in a supportive environment. In addition to direct patient care, the Rehabilitation Aide will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, which includes cleaning equipment, washing linens, and restocking supplies. The aide will also assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing paperwork. This position requires a compassionate individual who can motivate and safeguard patients as they practice exercises and functional activities under professional supervision.
