About The Position

Burger Physical Therapy has just opened a full time Physical Therapist Aide/Clerk FLOAT position with hours, Monday - Friday, eight hour days flexing between 7:30 and 6:00 p.m. This position is offered with a full benefit package and is available immediately. Our FLOAT positions are great for an individual that likes to keep a fast-pace, float to various facilities within the Sacramento Region, keep their own calendar and be paid for mileage. You will be fully trained as a PT Aide/Clerk and also at the Front Desk of our PT clinics. We will provide thorough training to set you up for success! Due to the extensive training, we are looking for staff that can work beyond summer months. You may FLOAT to any of our clinics - Davis, Woodland, Grass Valley, Auburn, Rocklin, Roseville, Diamond Springs, Folsom Rancho Cordova, Elk Grove . . . wherever the need is! You are paid mileage in addition to your hourly rate.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Medical background - Preferably Physical Therapy Aide Clerk Background.
• Valid California Driver's license, current automobile insurance and clean driving record.
• Interest in Physical Therapy and making a positive difference every day.

Nice To Haves

• Exercise Physiology/Kinesiology background or coursework in anatomy and physiology.
• Experience in handling confidential information.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the treatment of patients under the supervision of a California Licensed physical therapist.
• Maintain a fast-paced work environment while floating between various facilities.
• Keep own calendar and manage time effectively.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with patients and staff.
