Now Hiring: Home Care Physical Therapists (MA & NH) Beth Israel Lahey Health at Home is looking for PTs who value autonomy, clinical excellence, and diversity. You’ll lead home care services for a dedicated caseload—performing assessments, initiating rehabilitative procedures, and coordinating with physicians. You’ll be the bridge between the hospital and a successful recovery at home.
