What you will do: Promote/provide physical therapy and/or occupational therapy services in the home to assist the patient in achieving his/her optimal level of functioning. Evaluate and treat individuals with functional deficits secondary to neurologic, orthopedic and medical conditions. Requirements

Current NYS PT or OT license and registration
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a PT or OT, preferably inpatient or homecare, is required
Valid Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle.

Home care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Physical Therapist Pay Range: $37.60 - $48.10
Occupational Therapist Pay Range: $35.85 - $45.96
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education.
Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
