About The Position
Kessler Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Montville, NJ. As the largest outpatient orthopedic PT/OT provider in New Jersey, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care to our patients. This full-time position offers a competitive clinical salary, a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional growth and personal well-being. In this role, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive evaluations of patients and developing individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific needs. You will provide thorough education to patients and their caregivers, ensuring they understand the treatment process and are prepared for discharge when skilled therapeutic care is no longer medically necessary. Collaboration with other members of the rehabilitation team is essential, as you will participate in departmental initiatives and contribute to effective communication within the team.
