Physical Therapist

About the position

Benchmark, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Saint Mary's, GA. This is an outpatient opportunity where you will help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. The position is full-time with a Monday to Friday schedule, and there may be a sign-on bonus and student repayment options available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct specialized evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment based on each patient's specific needs.
• Engage with patients, clinical teammates, and within the organization.
• Set and achieve personal and professional goals.
• Understand and embody the company’s mission, vision, values, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
