About The Position

The role offers a competitive salary range of $82,000 to $108,000, depending on experience, along with a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/Registration is required to start.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Provides thorough education to patients and caregivers.
• Plans for discharge when medical necessity no longer indicates skilled therapeutic care.
• Participates in departmental initiatives and communicates effectively with rehab team members.
• Facilitates professional growth and departmental performance improvement.
• Performs other professional duties related to patient care and therapy services.
