About The Position

At Sport Ortho Urgent Care, we believe Physical Therapists should have the time, resources, and support to deliver the highest quality conservative musculoskeletal care—not be burned out by unrealistic patient loads. Unlike high-volume clinics that push quantity over quality, our PTs treat an average of 10 patients per day. This manageable caseload gives you the ability to practice at the top of your license, spend meaningful time with patients, and achieve better outcomes. We continue to lead the way in innovative, value-based conservative care by utilizing Physical Therapists as direct access providers for all patients. This forward-thinking approach allows PTs to be the front line of musculoskeletal care while working within a fully integrated orthopedic model.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new grads welcome).
• Positive, team-oriented mindset.
• CPR certification preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Experience in integrated orthopedic care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality conservative musculoskeletal care to patients.
• Manage a caseload of an average of 10 patients per day.
• Collaborate with Orthopedic Advanced Practice Providers, Physical Therapy Assistants, and Orthopedic Surgeons.
• Utilize in-house imaging and regenerative medicine for treatment.
• Support professional growth through a team-based approach.
