About The Position

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current Washington state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to achieving measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and long-term wellness.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
