BenchMark Physical Therapy, a locally operated brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in the Silverton/Salem area. This clinic specializes in outpatient orthopedics but treats a variety of orthopedic and sports injuries as well as geriatrics. The town of Silverton, OR is a quaint, family-oriented community, nestled in the Eastern Salem area and is filled with outdoor activities, state parks, gardens and wineries! This clinic is located inside a shopping center with a full gym inside and lots of space for a variety of patient exercises and treatment methodologies. Responsibilities
- Provide specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment based on patient specific needs.
- Connect with patients and clinical team members within the organization.
- Deliver the highest quality care and meet standards of clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Current or pending state licensure.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics.
- Leadership experience or interest in leadership training.
