Physical Therapist

About the position

Sound to Summit Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Mount Vernon. Sound to Summit gives you the autonomy to create your own schedule! The clinic has 2 full-time PTs, seeing 50 patients per week. A minimum salary of $80,000 plus bonuses will be offered, along with a $7,500 sign-on bonus. We can offer fully-funded residencies if accepted into the program.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment based on patient specific needs.
• Connect with patients and clinical team members within the organization.
• Deliver the highest quality care and meet standards of clinical excellence.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current or pending state licensure.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in various physical and occupational therapy services including Arthritis Management, Blood Flow Restriction, Concussion Management, Hand Therapy, Injury Prevention Program, Neurological Rehab, Orthopedics, Pre/Post-Surgical, Sports Performance and Rehab, Telehealth, Work & Industry.
