Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Florida Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain).
• New graduates are welcome; outpatient experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-op, neurological, and sports-related conditions in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Develop and implement personalized physical therapy treatment plans to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve function.
• Accurately document patient care using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and referring providers to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Maintain a positive, clean, and professional clinic environment that reflects H2 Health's values.
