About the position

Benchmark, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Carrollton, GA. This is an outpatient opportunity where you will help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. The position is full-time with a Monday to Friday schedule and offers a possible sign-on bonus and student repayment options.

Responsibilities

• Specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment based on each patients’ specific needs
• Engagement with patients, with clinical teammates and within your organization
• Setting and achieving personal and professional goals
• Understand and live the company’s mission, vision, values and operational standards

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current or pending state licensure
