About The Position

Benchmark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Alpharetta Hwy location in Roswell, GA! This is an outpatient opportunity where you will join our Outpatient Clinic team in Alpharetta and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current or pending state licensure

Responsibilities

• Specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment based on each patients’ specific needs
• Engagement with patients, with clinical teammates and within your organization
• Setting and achieving personal and professional goals
• Understand and live the company’s mission, vision, values and operational standards
