About The Position

You'll deliver outpatient orthopedic physical therapy in a collaborative, patient-centered setting in the Chester County suburbs near Thorndale. This on-site role puts you at the center of a multidisciplinary care team where you'll evaluate patients, build individualized treatment plans, and drive meaningful recovery outcomes. New graduates are welcome and supported.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

Responsibilities

• Evaluate orthopedic conditions and develop individualized plans of care tailored to each patient's functional goals
• Deliver hands-on treatments and therapeutic interventions across a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload
• Educate patients and families on recovery strategies, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and aides to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries using modern clinical resources
