Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited physical therapy education program
• PT licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
• CPR Certification required within 90 days of hire
• Passionate about working with children with a variety of diagnoses
• Committed to learning the Westside Way, with a focus on hands-on manual manipulation skills
• Creative and innovative in developing effective treatment plans
• Dedicated to mentoring the next generation of PTs by providing guidance and supervision to fieldwork students

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans for pediatric clients (birth–18 years)
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve gross motor, self-care, and functional skills
• Support families with coaching and modeling to reinforce treatment goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate documentation
