Texoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Plans, implements and evaluates patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well being. Plans, organizes, and conducts physical therapy treatment program based on the medical referral and their evaluation. Participates in the coordination of care.

Requirements

  • Education per PT licensure requirement
  • Current PT license valid for the state in which services are provided
  • Current driver's license, auto liability, and AHA or ARC BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider card showing completion of cognitive and skills evaluation in accordance with the curriculum of AHA BLS (CPR & AED) program at hire
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Therapy skills defined as generally accepted standards of practice
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of durable medical equipment
  • Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • One year experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting or home health preferred
