About The Position

Alpine Fit is a cash-based, holistic sports medicine physical therapy clinic in Boulder, CO—and we’re growing. We’re hiring a highly motivated Physical Therapist with a passion for keeping active adults active—combining strong manual therapy and dry needling skills with functional exercise and performance-based rehab. An interest in Women’s Health is a plus, but not required. If you’re looking for time, autonomy, and the ability to truly make a difference, this is not your typical outpatient PT job. Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (Colorado or eligible)
  • Strong orthopedic and sports medicine foundation
  • Excellent manual therapy and exercise programming skills
  • Comfortable discussing care plans and pricing in a cash-based model
  • Motivated, collaborative, and growth-oriented
  • While new grads with exceptional foundations are encouraged to apply this role is best suited for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Dry needling certification
  • Interest in strength & conditioning and performance-based rehab

Responsibilities

  • Treat sports medicine and orthopedic patients
