Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania or New Jersey
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered approach
- Desire to grow clinically or into leadership
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and identify movement dysfunction using strong clinical reasoning
- Develop and progress individualized, evidence-based plans of care
- Deliver high-quality interventions including exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education
- Track outcomes and adjust care to maximize patient success
- Build meaningful relationships and guide patients through their full recovery journey
