Requirements
- Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Colorado or currently pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT degree
- Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
- Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
