About The Position
Are you looking for a Physical Therapy role where you can take the time to truly connect with your patients? We’re seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Cape Coral. This is a chance to focus on quality care without the rush — providing each patient with a personalized treatment plan and the space to recover at their own pace.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- New grads with a strong clinical foundation are encouraged to apply
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed evaluations to determine patient needs
- Design individualized treatment plans tailored to specific goals and challenges
- Deliver therapy through exercise instruction, hands-on techniques, and education
- Modify treatment plans based on patient progress
- Teach patients about injury prevention and home exercises
- Keep precise and thorough records of patient progress
