Requirements

  • Graduate of an APTA‑approved Physical Therapy program
  • Current, unrestricted PT license in the state of work
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare facility
  • Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
  • Willing to travel up to 50% within coverage area
  • Ability to lift/move 50–100 lbs and perform physical duties

Responsibilities

  • Promoting Elara Caring’s mission and providing top-tier therapy services
  • Delivering direct patient care and evaluating functional needs & outcomes
  • Designing customized treatment plans based on patient assessments
  • Adjusting care plans to ensure optimal recovery and independence
  • Leading and guiding support staff
  • Documenting goals, progress, and updates clearly and professionally
  • Serving as a valuable resource to the community and team
