About The Position
A private physical therapy outpatient clinic in Bonita Springs is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join the team. This position focuses on patient evaluations, individualized treatment, and helping people improve mobility, strength, and overall function. The pace is steady, the schedule is predictable, and the patient volume allows you to stay fully engaged in the care you provide.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent from an accredited program
- Active Florida PT license or ability to obtain licensure before start
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Good clinical judgment and time management
Nice To Haves
- Previous outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and identify functional deficits and recovery goals
- Develop effective treatment plans tailored to each case
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions
- Use clinical judgment to progress exercises and treatment methods
- Instruct patients on home exercises and safe body mechanics
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
