The Physical Therapist will deliver interventions such as individual treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and function. They will foster a compassionate, patient centered approach that helps our clients maintain independence and prevent falls in their home.
Requirements
- Active California Board Certified Physical Therapy license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist (home health experience is a plus)
- Current CPR Certification
- Valid California Drivers License and California Car Insurance
- Proof of Negative TB result
- Pass Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance
- Strong Computer Skills
- Strong Organizational & Communication Skills
- Cell phone with Internet Access
