Requirements

• Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
• Current state Physical Therapy license
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
• Minimum 1 year of experience required

Responsibilities

• Provides prescribed physical therapy to restore function and improve mobility
• Evaluates patients and develops individualized treatment plans
• Delivers therapeutic interventions and documents patient progress
• Collaborates with care teams and ensures regulatory compliance
