About The Position

They are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients at Accura Healthcare of Fullerton in Fullerton, NE. This role involves evaluating and treating patients in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting, with a focus on patient assessments, care plan development, and implementing treatment programs to enhance gait, balance, mobility, strength, range of motion, pain management, and overall functional independence.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in applicable state
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and professional standards

Nice To Haves

Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation preferred

Responsibilities

Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
Provide skilled physical therapy treatment focused on functional and measurable outcomes
Address gait training, balance, mobility, strength, range of motion, pain, and discharge planning
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with licensure and regulatory standards
Maintain appropriate patient schedules per established guidelines
Complete timely, accurate documentation to support quality care and reimbursement requirements
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and facility staff to support positive patient outcomes
