Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Drivers License preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design Custom Recovery Paths: You’ll perform initial and ongoing assessments, transforming clinical data into a dynamic, evolving plan of care that meets the patient where they are.
  • Deliver Hands-On Excellence: Use your technical skills to provide direct therapy interventions, adapting your approach to the unique physiological and emotional needs of each patient.
  • Empower Families: Recovery is a team effort. You’ll partner closely with patients and their families, ensuring they are educated, involved, and confident in the journey toward home.
  • Lead with Mentorship: Serve as a clinical guide for PTAs, students, and support personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and shared learning across the department.
