About The Position

Empower Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated full-time Physical Therapist to join their fun, supportive, and dynamic outpatient clinic in Verrado. This is an opportunity to elevate a career in a therapist-owned and operated practice. The role offers a competitive base salary of up to $90,000, depending on experience, and an uncapped Clinical Incentive Bonus Program. Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong operations and leadership skills to develop team members.
Superior organizational skills and ability to maximize efficiency.
Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Proficiency in teaching and using EMR software.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
Current state Physical Therapist license.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
