Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy (OSPT) of Cape Cod, a proud member of Fusion Physical Therapy Partners, is experiencing exciting growth and has an immediate opening for a passionate and driven Physical Therapist. In this role, you will provide quality, evidence-based, and individualized plans of care that include assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to help patients achieve optimal recovery and well-being. Your patient caseload will be primarily a mix of general orthopedics, pre and post op care, and sports-related injuries. OSPT is located in a new, state-of-the-art building with a functional training/fitness center next door that any sports enthusiast would love! Your focus will be clinical excellence and superior outcomes. You will have 40 minutes to treat and will own your own schedule. We don’t count visits or push productivity standards: your success is gauged on patient engagement, satisfaction, and results. OSPT is a premier provider of outpatient physical therapy serving the Lower Cape for over 20 years. As a PT-owned and operated private practice, we have a high-energy and dynamic culture where you will learn, grow, and make a positive impact on the lives of your patients. Our team includes several seasoned physical therapists with credentials such as DPT, CHT, and ATCs-- great opportunity for new grad or peer-to-peer mentorship!

Requirements

  • Passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care
  • High interest in sports medicine and manual based care – we treat and partner with teams from the Cape Cod Baseball League plus golf enthusiasts, weekend warriors, and more!
  • Superior customer service with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, and positive team environment
  • Drive to continually learn and grow with interest in residency and certifications programs such as MTC, CHT, dry needling, among others
  • Preference for full-time, 5-day, 40 hour per week schedule
  • An active or pending Massachusetts PT license and graduated from a CAPTE-accredited PT school

Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care focused on restoring movement, strength, and function.
  • Developing and progressing individualized treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation techniques
  • Educating and motivating patients to stay engaged in their recovery and long-term wellness
  • Collaborating with colleagues and support staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered care
  • Accurately documenting treatment sessions and outcomes in Prompt EMR system
