About The Position
CarePath Injury Centers is expanding and seeking a motivated, patient-focused Physical Therapist (DPT) to join our growing Lansdale clinic. This is a full-time, in-person position focused exclusively on Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury rehabilitation. Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from accredited program
- Active Pennsylvania PT license (or eligible)
- Strong orthopedic and manual therapy skills
- Comfortable managing WC and auto injury cases
- Organized and confident in documentation
- Team-oriented with leadership mindset
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Workers’ Compensation or Personal Injury is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based rehabilitation for orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries
- Supervise PTAs and support staff as applicable
- Maintain timely, defensible documentation (WC/PI compliant)
- Communicate effectively with case managers, attorneys, and adjusters when required
- Collaborate with providers to ensure continuity of care
