Our multi-specialty team of 60+ top in-house physicians provides proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. We aim to optimize lifespan and healthspan through meticulous screening, leading-edge therapeutics, and tailored interventions designed to prevent disease and detect it at the earliest possible stages. Each member's care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, women's health, endocrinology, integrative health, performance and movement, nutrition, and more. Through our nonprofit Atria Research Institute and Public Health Institute, we also work to accelerate the translation of medical breakthroughs and expand access to preventive care for as many people as possible. Duties & Responsibilities Dual clinical purpose: Proactive Conduct comprehensive, technology-driven assessments encompassing full-body orthopedic, biomechanical, and fitness analyses. Utilize a holistic, five-lens testing paradigm to generate a complete patient profile and connect data points across all assessments. This includes: AI-driven, markerless motion capture for functional active range of motion Isometric Strength Assessment Force Plate data analysis Table-based passive range of motion (PROM) and joint mobility Standardized repeat power endurance tests Create custom plans using cardiac stress testing, measured VO2 max testing, and movement assessment results, with a cross-specialty focus to achieve aligned patient performance and healthspan goals. Conduct V02 max testing and consulting for higher performing endurance clientele (advancement of testing skills provided) Collaboration with the endocrine medical team for fitness-based interventions on metabolic health cases Coordinate with MD’s on fall risk strategies to preserve ambulatory endurance, functional mobility, and independence R&D opportunities for protocol development and advancements of predictive indices for injury prevention and performance maximization Reactive Traditional physical therapy evaluation of acute and chronic conditions and collaboration of the plan of care with outside providers within Atia’s referral network Advancement of referral network and increased connections with high-quality local and national physical therapists Monitoring patient success through these referrals and taking ownership of the patient outcome Consulting-based triage from results of onsite diagnostic imaging, including MRI, X-ray, CT scan, and diagnostic ultrasound. Coordination of treatment and referrals for patients requiring orthopedic, orthobiologic, and physiatry-based interventions. Ownership of patient case from an acute/chronic issue, past traditional discharge, and evolving onto the proactive pathway above– breaking the mold of traditional physical therapy care.
