The Physical Therapist will direct patient participation in activities and exercise programs to restore, reinforce and enhance performance while performing exceptional patient care. The Physical Therapist will provide patient education and set expectations for progression of treatment. As part of a collaborative approach to patient care the Physical Therapist will work closely with physicians and other health care team members.
